What will you be working on as CRM Manager?
We are looking for someone to help us with the retention strategy where the main objectives are to reduce the Churn and increase the CLTV. If you are a good match you will become a part of the marketing team at Mijndomein and work closely with the customer service team and the data team. You will:

  • Be a hands on operator with a focus on delivering high quality strategic CRM campaigns aligned with the overall marketing strategy, market KPIs as well delivering alignment with overall Mijndomein business goals;
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, internal sales/customer service;
  • Help us delivering maximum value to the end user and get the most out of Mijndomein products;
  • Own the development and implementation of the CRM inbound strategy across multiple channels, with the goal of achieving a higher lifetime value;
  • Build a 360 customer view: develop, implement and optimize customer data (quantity & quality) by collect, enrich and use owned data. Leading to high impact campaigns;
  • Contribute to maximize Hubspot value, elevating and identifying best in business campaign opportunities and offer guidance to your team when needed;
  • Set up personalization and automation (Multi Channel) Lifecycle campaigns, and you are comfortable with the technical aspects of this.
  • Customer success experience is a big plus.

  • Ability to translate data into insights and take action based on results
  • Possess understanding of CRM processes for multi-channel inbound Approach
  • Customer centric; see customers as Nr 1.
  • Strategic view with hands on mentality
