As part of The Sharing Group, Soverin collaborates with other mission-driven companies to accelerate Europe’s transition toward a trusted and self-reliant digital ecosystem.

We’re now expanding our scope beyond email, developing complementary services that enhance privacy, usability, and independence across the digital workspace.

The Role

As Product & Project Manager, you will work closely with both the CEO and COO to coordinate and lead Soverin’s roadmap for new and adjacent services — both within Soverin and across The Sharing Group portfolio.

You’ll operate at the intersection of technology, business development, and strategy, turning ideas into impactful products and projects. This means guiding cross-functional teams, managing internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that innovation stays aligned

with Soverin’s privacy-first mission and The Sharing Group’s shared objectives.

You will be collaborating with leadership across different companies within The Sharing Group to identify synergies, shape new initiatives, and accelerate growth.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and lead innovative and new items of Soverin’s product roadmap, expanding the offering beyond email into adjacent privacy-first services.

• Work closely with the CEO and COO to align strategy, roadmap, and execution across teams.

• Manage and deliver new product and service initiatives within Soverin and The Sharing Group ecosystem.

• Initiate and drive innovative projects that strengthen Soverin’s position in the European privacy and hosting market.

• Analyze market and competitor trends, identifying opportunities for new propositions and differentiation.

• Support international business development, building strategic partnerships and integrations and creating new revenue opportunities.

• Collaborate across The Sharing Group to unlock shared opportunities, resources, and go-to-market strategies.

• Translate strategic goals into actionable plans, with clear milestones, ownership, and success metrics.

Profile

• > 10 years of experience in product management, innovation, or business development, ideally in SaaS, hosting, or IT services.

• Strong understanding of digital infrastructure, collaboration tools, and privacy-first ecosystems.

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver complex initiatives.

• Entrepreneurial mindset: pragmatic, creative, and comfortable with autonomy.

• Structured and analytical, with the ability to connect strategic goals to operational detail.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to bridge technical and commercial perspectives.

• Fluent in English; Dutch, German, or French are a strong plus.
